Job Description
About the role
As Lending Operations and Member Assistance Officer, your role plays an important part in ensuring high quality and professional service to Members throughout the loan settlement and post settlement processes and consequently has a considerable impact on Member service satisfaction and business retention. The role consists of instructing settlement and discharge requests, overseeing the construction loan process, fulfilment of post settlement variations and arrears management through the provision of professional Member assistance solutions.
This includes: -
Liasing with other parties, including Members, valuers, builders and solicitors in relation to loan settlements and progress payments.
Prepare loan documentation for pre and post funding and ensure statutory and compliance requirements are adhered to.
Monitor current payment commitments and other arrangements to ensure results are achieved, taking action when deviations from agreements are identified.
Process hardship application in line with regulatory requirements and the member assistance guidelines.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Adhere to QBANK's policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct.
This role is located at our North Quay head office in the Brisbane CBD, across the road from Roma Street Station. We also offer the opportunity to work from home one day per week after completion of the probation period, dependent on individual and team needs.
