Job Description
We’re looking for a highly capable Business Analyst to join our Technology & Transformation team.
This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering business and technology solutions by working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. You will lead the analysis of business needs, help design fit-for-purpose solutions, and support delivery outcomes that improve processes, systems, and member experience.
This is a hands-on role that blends analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution design, testing, and delivery support, with the opportunity to influence meaningful business and member outcomes in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and define business requirements
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders
• Analyse processes and identify improvements
• Develop solution options and assess impacts
• Identify risks, dependencies, and priorities
• Define test cases and support UAT
• Ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support delivery, documentation, and implementation
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Essential
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Experience developing requirements, use cases, and test cases
• Ability to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting solution delivery and testing activities
• Degree in Business, IT, Finance or related discipline (or relevant experience) Desirable
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Exposure to change initiatives in regulated environments
• Familiarity with project delivery or business analysis methodologies
